So don’t worry about having enough food or drink or clothing. Why be like the pagans who are so deeply concerned about these things? Your heavenly Father already knows all your needs, and he will give you all you need from day to day if you live for him and make the Kingdom of God your primary concern. So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today. (Mat 6:31-34 NLT)

Prayer: LORD, I know this is true in the “big picture,” but sometimes I only see my circumstances. When I feel like the whole world is crashing in on me, help me hold on to the Truth that You know where I am, what I need, and when I need it. What You have promised will not fail because of my feelings, but my feelings could cause me to miss what You promised. Help me believe what You have promised more than anything I think, hear, see, or feel. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
