Acts 10:30-32 NLT

Cornelius replied, “Four days ago I was praying in my house at three o’clock in the afternoon. Suddenly, a man in dazzling clothes was standing in front of me. He told me, ‘Cornelius, your prayers have been heard, and God has noticed your gifts to the poor! Now send some men to Joppa and summon Simon Peter. He is staying in the home of Simon, a leatherworker who lives near the shore.’ (Acts 10:30-32 NLT)

Prayer: LORD, regardless of whether anyone else knows what I pray or what I do, You know. You always know–and that is enough. Though I appreciate when others recognize my efforts, Your approval is most important. I set my heart to seek Your approval and acknowledgment. That, too, is enough. If anyone else acknowledges me, it is simply a bonus and nothing more. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
