Brothers, let me take an example from everyday life. Just as no one can set aside or add to a human covenant that has been duly established, so it is in this case. The promises were spoken to Abraham and to his seed. The Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ. (Gal 3:15-16 NIV)

Prayer: LORD, as I am in You, all the promises of the covenant are mine through You. I want to learn more of these promises and what they hold for me. For every promise written, I can have what it says I can have. Reveal how I limit their fulfillment and help me understand how to live in the provision of each promise. Thank You for all You have given me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
