Prayer: LORD, however much I try, I cannot understand why some people say and do mean things. The next time someone intentionally hurts me, help me not respond out of my emotions, but allow Your love, mercy, and grace to override my feelings of hurt, anger, and resentment. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
