Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple. (Rom 16:17-18 KJV)

Prayer: LORD, people interested only in their ambition are everywhere and in everything. They even use You to gain credibility or an audience. Give me greater discernment to recognize them and not be deceived by their words or appearance. Thank You for genuine Godly people and the relationships with them that lead me closer to You.
